Two pack clear coat is a high performance 2 component clear coat formulated with superior quality acrylic polyol cure with aliphatic isocyanate. It is clear coating which offers excellent weather resistance, light fastness & UV protection.

Application Areas

This lacquer can be suitably applied on properly cured epoxy paint, polyurethane paint. Also use in automobile industries, car refinishing, protective coating, machineries, outdoor appliances.

Mixing & Application

  • Stir the base & hardner separately, if any settling observed in base loosen the settle material with the help of stirrer.
  • Mix hardner slowly in to the base as per recommended mixing ratio.
  • Stir well and make homogeneous mixture.
  • Adjust Spray viscosity by using recommended thinner (Application viscosity = 20-25 seconds).
  • Mix paint should be applying within pot life.
  • After application Spray gun must be clean properly to avoid further damage.
